Before we hand over any refurbishment, we take great care to ensure that everything is in perfect working order.
Should a problem arise, however, we will resolve it for you swiftly and without fuss.
If your property is an investment, we will be pleased to provide support directly to your tenants, or via your managing agent, for its maintenance, repair, adjustment or cleaning.
If you are not yourself resident in the UK or in the habit of keeping an eye on your investment, this provides the reassurance of knowing that the property is being tended by us, rather than by indeterminate trades people. This enables us to make sure that its design, finishes and decoration are correctly repaired following any work that might be required.
Future maintenance or remodelling
Should the property need remodeling in the future (perhaps at such time as you decide to occupy it having previously had it let out, or as the needs of a growing family call for modifications), no-one is better able than us to plan and carry out the adjustments you require.
We will always be able to complete such work without compromising the property’s character in any way.
