On our projects every detail – from design, planning applications, freehold and managing agents licences, building control submissions and certificates, to the construction and interior fitting and finishing of the property – is taken care of by us.
Our architects, project managers, interior designers and builders work together in one large office in Chelsea, so to resolve an issue it is only a matter of one colleague walking to the room next door to discuss it with another. In this way, almost all problems are solved before our clients hear that they even existed.
