Outstanding Part II / Early-career Part III Residential Architect
TylerMandic are looking for a talented Part II or early-career Part III architect to join our design team in West London with a passion for high end residential design. You should have previous high end residential design experience and must be proficient using Vectorworks. We have a steady, varied and inspiring pipeline of design projects for you to get your teeth into and are hiring to drive seamless service and quality in our architectural design practice.
About you / The Successful Residential Architect will have:
- proficiency in Vectorworks, Photoshop and MS Office, (ideally Sketchup too)
- solid experience and good technical understanding of high-end residential refurbishment
- excellent understanding of UK building regulations and planning regulations, particularly in central Londo
- the ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic team environment
- exceptional presentation skills
- excellent communication skills
- skills and ability to take on tasks associated with every stage of a design project
Most importantly, the successful Residential Architect (Part II or Early Part III) will demonstrate design flair and a real interest in residential design and interior planning. For the right Residential Architect, this full time design role has a generous salary, commensurate with experience and a desire to excel in you role working within normal office hours.
About Our Architectural Design Practice:
TylerMandic are a well-established, busy Design + Build architects practice located just off Chelsea’s King’s Road in London. Our in-house design team specialise in the complete renovation and refurbishment of luxury residential properties, taking on all project management, construction and post-contract maintenance for our high net worth private clients. We work exclusively for wealthy private owners and prestigious land-owning property managing estates in West London’s Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster. Almost all our design projects are period properties in conservation areas, approximately half are listed buildings and usually a minimum of 100 square metres. Our team also design “new build” properties, excavate and install basements and completely reconfigure terraced, semi-detached and detached properties fit for the most discerning property owners.
